Project

Covid Taskfroce

A global team assembled to utilize Ford’s supply chain to bring relief to essential workers by producing and shipping millions of masks, filters, and respirators. My role in the project was to lead the visual design of the physical product and set the branding and tone for public-facing communication.

This was a bootstrap effort that each team member worked on in addition to their regular workload. It was amazing to connect and support the effort and meet people from all over the world in the process.

Filtration Unit

Role: Branded exterior of the unit, working closely with an industrial designer. I was also tasked with building an isometric view of the unit after coming up with assembly packaging and an instructional flyer.

Facemask for hearing impared

Ford’s engineers developed a seethrough mask to help the hearing impaired and school teachers with young children that need to see a full face when interacting. This mask might look otherworldly, but it provides a vital role and a human touch for those who need it most. It’s always nice to see someone smile :)

Role: Branding and public-facing communication design. I also photographed and helped the team showcase the working prototype to the press.
